Boilerplate. Filming, photography and media visits
- ◆Media visits are hosted by arrangement, usually weekdays. Tell us your outlet, angle and dates and we'll host you properly.
- ◆Commercial filming and photography need written approval in advance. Drones need written approval and a licensed operator; the site is a place of quiet for guests and none fly during opening hours without agreement.
- ◆Blackout periods for filming: NSW and Queensland school holidays, Easter weekend, and 27 December to 11 January.
- ◆Sensitivity — the Stupa and the meditation spaces are sacred spaces for many guests. Photograph people only with their consent; no filming inside ceremonies.
